The external cavity doubler SolsTiS ECD-X is an extension for SolsTiS. It extends the range of output wavelengths via frequency doubling in a resonant cavity with optimised conversion efficiency to generate high power output from 350-525 nm with a suite of crystals and a single optics set. Automatic, stable lock to SolsTiS is achieved with Hansch-Couillard locking. ECD-X automatically follows SolsTiS frequency scans to deliver >40 GHz of mode hope free tuning across the doubled wavelengths.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT

Highly efficient resonant doubling of CW input light with up to 50% conversion efficiency for higher powers and typically achieves 40% efficiency with just 1 W of fundamental power.

EASY TO CONTROL

An easy to use web interface controls fine wavelength tuning (automatic tracking of fundamental frequency scans) and locking. Alternatively, you can use a published set of TCP/IP controls for third party applications such as LabVIEW and MATLAB.

BROAD WAVELENGTH COVERAGE

Interchangeable mounted crystal packages are available
for different wavelengths. A crystal covers more than 20 nm at any one time and it’s easy to interchange these crystals for extended coverage.

EXCELLENT BEAM QUALITY

SolsTiS ECD-X features exceptional beam conditioning optics <1.1 M2, which is helpful for using fiber launch.

OPTOMECHANICAL STABILITY

It’s the only doubling cavity system built on an Invar baseplate to provide maximum stability.

LOW INTERNAL HUMIDITY

Desiccant cavity reduces internal humidity with no requirement for purging.
